post exam

my friends and i,will be facing an end paediatric posting exam starting tomorrow.me,will be among the first session.As usual,tachycardiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

im just wondering what will happen to me tomorrow around 10 am?sigh***

continue my sleeping or stressful with the exam?


after exam:
1.sometimes we got the familiar case,clerked a few times,but unfortunately we got killer examiner.tetap tak dapat jawab juga.
2.we never clerk the case,we have little idea about the case,but we have a good examiner.

down's syndrome,common in our world.the risk in live born infants is about 1 in 645.Usually suspected after birth by their typical facial appearance.

I've seen 3 down's syndrome baby with their medical illness like leukemia, atlantoaxial instability,TOF and hypothyroidism.

their smile is much worth than everything
